Our initial contact with A-Plan Kitchens was with ***, and from then on we dealt with one of Michaels experienced Kitchen Designers, Gerald who designed a very practical and functional kitchen for us.

We changed measurements a few times, and put forward several different concept ideas along the way and *** was understanding, attentive, flexible, and patient with us. He also alerted us to potential issues.

We were impressed with his technical knowledge and attention to detail. We were also given advice and options for our chosen appliances.
A-Plan Kitchens coordinated their functions with our Builder and all their dealings with other trades involved with our project was most professional.

We found installation staff and other staff we dealt with from A-Plan Kitchens were polite, professional and competent.

We were particularly impressed with the level of support afforded to us by A-Plan Kitchens when some minor issues arose with the granite benchtop that was supplied by a different company; they contacted that company and arranged to have the issues resolved. Also, equally impressive were some minor issues relating to A-Plan Kitchens own products and installation which were promptly attended to by immediate replacement and/or modification as required, without any fuss whatsoever.

We found A Plan Kitchens service from design to installation to be excellent. They worked within our budget and were very professional to deal with.

I used A Plan for a new build home and I was very happy with their design ideas, price and results. My designer suggested practical design changes to my original plans, which really work in my kitchen. All appliance measurements were spot on, they really know their stuff. A very patient and helpful designer who listened to my restrictions to design a great looking and well-functioning kitchen under my budget. My phone calls and email questions were followed up. The kitchen was carefully delivered on time. The installer took care and time putting the cabinets in a room with uneven walls and floors.I recommend them particularly as I was able to easily include different types of fittings/finishes to meet my budget as well as include parts of my previous kitchen in the design and would answer (even welcomed) any questions I had.

Esteban and his team are very helpful, they think outside the square to come up with an agreed solution that meets function and style, I integrated my laundry and kitchen and it looks modern and is easy to use. The installers are polite and hard working. I am loving my new kitchen and bathroom joinery.
