The service could not have been better. I have never had the experience of a business spending time trying to resolve a problem with my car, one that it seems needs to have the manufacturer correct, and the end not invoice me for the time they spent. Hi Ray, After the service 12 months ago, we had the "reduce engine oil level" message coming up on the screen. Discussed it with you, I think you referred to a float which might be stuck. From memory it eventually went. Same thing this year. I can put up with it but my wife gets jumpy when it comes on. Is it possible to drain some oil or another solution.
