Until recently I had been renting through this company for 2 years. Had I not been transferred I would've happily stayed in my unit. My vacate was handled very professionally & with care given the short notice I had given them for my move south. I fully understand the vacate process for the team. Their aim is to ensure all tenants moving into their properties are received clean & tidy, as I did. I will be recommending this company to others moving to Townsville!
